The Job

• Handle all functions of underwriting including accepting proposals, evaluating. decision making and issuing policies.
• Consistently implement and follow underwriting processes and procedures.
• Build and maintain of good relationships with internal and external customers.
• Assist in customer service, claims and renewal activities in connection with life insurance.
• Preparation of reports and Management Information Systems for decision making processes.

The Person

• Deep knowledge in Life Insurance Underwriting and decision making skills.
• 5-5 years of Experience in Life Insurance is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated energetic candidates to join and grow with us to become a life insurance professional.
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
• Excellent computer literacy.
